Wondershare Data Recovery is a program that might come in handy if you wish to easily recover important files which were lost due to accidental deletion, unexpected power off, etc. The application features a nicely-designed interface, helps you find and restore various types of files, and comes with a reasonable price.
All you need to do in order to work with this utility is to select the type of files you wish to restore (images, documents, music files, etc.), choose the drive or folder you wish to scan and wait for the results. You can then preview the found files (if there are any) and decide which ones you need to recover.
Besides helping you recover deleted data from your Windows PC, this utility is also capable of scanning various types of storage devices (USB sticks, smartphones, memory cards, etc.) and restore your precious lost files.
Only two aspects bother me: it might take a while to complete scans (even the Quick scan mode takes a while), and it lacks the option to choose which file formats to look for (you can choose only file types). The latter might prove to be of good use and reduce the amount of time you wait for the scan results.
Still, this program is capable of restoring plenty of lost files from multiple types of storage devices. I'd say it's worth giving it a try on your Windows PC.
